This fast and smooth Archambault A40 is a highly stylized, beautifully designed 40-foot Racer. Due to its robust and clear construction it is easy to be maintained. The 3 x cabin layout is much more pleasant and comfortable than it is common for a racing yacht.
The deck layout of the A40 is centered around the gigantic open cockpit. The hydraulic backstay and boom vang makes the high fractionated rigg easy to control. Racing this boat is just a pleasure and sheer fun.
