I am writing this letter to thank you for your professionalism and dedication in regards to my new Lagoon catamaran purchase. As you know, I live in Florida and was hesitant to purchase a new yacht outside the United States, not knowing the nuances of an international purchase.

You made the transaction as easy as possible, and even handled my wire transfers of Euro’s for the yacht. The catamaran was perfect and was clean and ready for my wife and I when we met you for the first time in person, in St Martin. Buying a boat in St Martin turned out to be super

easy, and we shipped three pallets of boat gear duty free from Miami and it was delivered to the dock! We had a few new boat warranty issues, and they were fixed right away. Later, in Martinique, you had a faulty ice maker replaced for us! We loved our boat, and sailed several seasons in the Caribbean,

and when the time came to sell, you helped us out with the listing and sale. You even flew to Grenada to Captain the sea trial for the sale! I can only say, I was super impressed with you and the Harel team on both ends of the catamaran purchase and sale. We are contemplating our next boat

now, and will look to you first when the time comes. I would recommend you without reservation to any potential clients.
