Testimonial – Brokerage at its best in the Caribbean

I decided last year, to revitalise my Boat Life after a longer break. Starting in the BVI`s with

a refresher course for two weeks with a nice Beneteau 48 last year in April. On my way back,

i flew via St Martin, and thought i have a look around for a boat. Even, that I was staying on

the french side of the Island, enjoying Orient Beach, i ended up in Simpson Bay. I spotted the sweet furnished Yacht Broker Office, called Harel Yacht Sales. I stepped inside and met the Owners, Herve and Mona. I felt right away connected and had the feeling, this is going to be more, than just a deal. After explaining while drinking a nice Cappuccino, that i am looking for

an inspiring Sailboat, using t for Family and Friends, discovering the Caribbean, Herve said t me after a while – come with me to the Pier, i think i have exactly what you need. I asked, what is

her Name ….. Blue Passion so we arrived at the Pier, and i saw this beauty of a ship, a Beneteau 58 in Aristo Blue, with a Teak Deck and lovely interior, with four double Cabins and one Crew Cabin in the Bow. I must say, it was a good feeling at a glance. So Mona took over and accompanied me through the process. After two week of exchanging this and that, I gave my first offer, connected and conditioned with a Surveyor check up. Everything was prepared by Mona,

i made my offer, whilst Mona organised the ship to be refitted at the cost of the previous Owners in Martinique. On an agreed date i arrived in St. Martin with one of my Daughters and 2 Crew, in case that we have to move the Ship, as it was already mid May. We closed the deal, Mona and the surveyor mad it possible, that i even had a reduction, due to the condition of the Teak Deck

( which i am actually renewing now ) . So Harel Yachts Team monitored the whole process, so that i really felt taken care very well. Mona even organised my a reasonable Insurance Company on the spot, so that i could sail right away. So the deal was completed, and I sailed the Ship to Grenada, where I had her during the Hurricane Season 2019.

I was always monitored by Mona. So it was easy for me come back to St. Martin last year in beginning of November. Harel Yachts gave me all support, I needed for all kinds of updates for Blue Passion. Amazing service even after the Sale has been complete, i received help. Than the Corona Situation came. I have just informed Mona, that i decided to take the Ship to Europe, as all Caribbean Islands where Closed. Blue Passion made an excellent crossing to Europe via the Azores – the Ship, Blue Passion, sold to me by Harel Yacht`s performed perfect.

Even being here in Europe, my contact with Harel Yacht`s is still very active and alive, and receive support for anything, related to Sailingyachts. I will definitely stay with Harel Yachts until i sell Blue Passion one day.

I can recommend anyone to go an talk to Harel Yachts, talk to Herve and Mona, and i am sure, you will experience the very same that i did.
