Hervé Harel grew up on the French Riviera, where his passion for sailing and the sea first began. After graduating from the French Navy in 1988, he gained extensive experience working with several brokerage firms before following his calling to the Caribbean.

In 1994, Hervé founded Harel Yachts in Saint-Martin / Sint-Maarten, establishing one of the region’s most respected yacht dealerships and brokerage houses. With over twenty years of international experience spanning the Caribbean, Europe, and the United States, Hervé has built a reputation for his deep knowledge of the nautical industry and his commitment to excellence, professionalism, and personalized service.

After traveling in Europe and Managing her Ballet School for over 10 years, Mona joined her Husband, "Herve" in 1995 where her Career in yachting started as an Internationnal Yacht Broker and Marine Documentation Consultant. She maintains a successful relationship with her clients and ensure a fun experience

With over twenty years of experience in yacht sales and brokerage, Ziad is a trusted figure in the Caribbean boating world. Since joining Harel Yachts in 2005, he has played a key role in building the company’s reputation for integrity, expertise, and personalized service.

Based in Saint-Martin, Ziad represents Lagoon, Beneteau, and Tidewater, assisting clients from yacht selection to delivery and beyond. His hands-on approach, deep technical knowledge, and close ties with European shipyards ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience.
